PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce warp in a flat coil which has a conductor wire on an insulation substrate. SOLUTION: In this flat coil, a spiral base formed of metal is arranged on one side or both sides of the insulation substrate. The coil conductor wire is arranged on the base. The cross of the coil conductor on a section perpendicular to the direction, where the coil conductor wire stretches has a rectangular neck which is in contact with the base and a head protruded above the neck. Regarding the cross section, when the height of the base is Bh, the width of the base is Bw, the height of the head is Hh, the width of the head is Hw and the width of the neck is Nw, 1.2<=Hw/Nw<=10, 0.5 Nw<=Bw<Hw and 0.001<=Bh/Hh<=1/3 are set.
