PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible joint requiring no complicated or precisely connecting work with a concrete box body. SOLUTION: This joint structure 12 comprises a circumferential groove 16 formed at least one of the outside and inside surfaces of the end part of a pair of mutually opposed concrete box bodies 10, and a cylindrical body 18 having water stopping property and flexibility formed by solidifying a liquefied material poured in the circumferential groove. Both the ends of the cylindrical body 18 are adhered to the circumferential surfaces at the ends of both the concrete box bodies. The circumferential groove 18 is formed of a pair of first bottom parts 22 and a second bottom part 24 located between the first bottom parts and continued thereto and having a depth shallower than the first bottoms, and the cylindrical body may be adhered to each of the first bottom parts.
