PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a throwing type water thermometer for measuring a position having a water temperature suitable for the throwing type fishing. SOLUTION: This throwing type water thermometer which itself can hold a water temperature detected with a temperature sensor after a prescribed time from the throwing time of the thermometer and can display the water temperature at a thrown thermometer-sunk position, after the water thermometer is pulled up.
