liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method of production of vodka "Partizan" involves preparing an aqueous-spirituous mixture with proof 40% from rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and drinking water. Mixture is purified with activated carbon by its passing through carbon- -cleansing battery. Granulated sugar is added to mixing or finishing tank in the form of an aqueous solution or sugar syrup with concentration 65.8%. Prepared vodka is fed to finishing tank. Maltose molasses is dissolved in drinking water in the ratio 1:5, filtered and prepared filtrate is added to finishing tank followed by addition of ameliorant AMO-97 of firm "Reino & FIS", France, dissolved preliminary in rectified ethyl alcohol. Then vodka is stirred thoroughly, concentration of alcohol is corrected and filtered. Method involves the combined use of components, their quantitative ratio and definite sequence of technological procedures. Vodka has minimal amount of components. EFFECT: broadened assortment, simplified technology, enhanced nutrition value and quality, increased content of easily assimilated carbohydrates. 3 ex
