PURPOSE: A multipurpose cap for a vehicle is provided to improve the sealing performance and the durability of the cap by forming the cap in a dual structure with an opening/closing element and a sealing element. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose cap for a vehicle includes a cap main body(12) having a handle(10) at an upper part and formed with female and male screw parts inside and outside a lower end to be coupled with an inlet part of a tank for receiving a lower main body, the lower main body(11) coupled and fixed at an inside of the cap main body and having a space(13) penetrated in the center and a continuous groove(14a) at a lower end periphery, a lower main body cap(16) integrally fixed with the handle in the center of the cap main body to be positioned in the space part of the lower main body and having a round screw rod(15) extended downwardly, a sliding insulator(17) screw-coupled with the lower main body cap to be received or withdrawn, and an oil film(19) supported by the lower main body and the sliding insulator to be expanded or restored to an initial state by being pulled or pushed in the center in association with the receiving or withdrawing motion of the sliding insulator.
