PURPOSE: A ladle heat insulation device is provided to prevent the decrease of ingot temperature when conveying ingots by forming the inner wall of the ladle in a hollow structure and filling the heat insulating materials into the hollow part uniformly, thereby maintaining the ingots in an optimal state and preventing the deterioration of the quality of cast pieces in the continuous casting. CONSTITUTION: In a ladle hot insulation device, a ladle has inner walls formed in the dual structure of an interior steel shell(11) and an exterior steel shell(12), many shell reinforcements(14) are formed between the interior steel shell and the exterior steel shell, and heat insulating materials(13) are uniformly filled in the space between the interior steel shell and the exterior steel shell, wherein the heat insulating materials are preferably to be fully calcined rice hulls.
