PURPOSE: A ladder of a vans is provided to secure good rear view by moving stepping bars to panel area on the driving of the vans. CONSTITUTION: A guide slot(10) is formed on a column(2,2') vertically mounted on a tailgate. Guide protrusions(11) are formed on both ends of stepping bars(3). The guide protrusions are slidingly inserted in the guide slot. Locking device(12) are mounted on both ends of the column and the stepping bars. If the stepping bars are mounted on panel portion, only the column is mounted on a tailgate glass such that riders's horizontal rear view is finely secured because there is no obstacle. Further, pushing portions(14) make a horizontal surface with the stepping bars such that the function of the locking device is easily implemented although a light external force is applied on the pushing portions when the stepping bars are used for a ladder.
