PURPOSE: An apparatus for cleaning the curved part of a coke gas transferring flue is provided which simply and promptly removes carbon adhered to the curved part without damaging the built-in bricks of a transferring pipe and a carbonizing chamber. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for removing adhesion carbon adhered to a curved part (3) of a gas transferring flue (2) installed at the upper side of a carbonizing chamber (1) so that coke gas generated in the carbonizing chamber (1) is transferred into the a main flue (4), the apparatus comprises an operating part (20) equipped with a transfer car (22) transferring along a transfer rail (21) installed at the upper side of the gas transferring flue (2), a first arm (24) mounted on the front of the transfer car (22), wherein the first arm (24) is rotationally operated by a first cylinder (23), and a second arm installed at the front of the first arm (24), wherein the second arm is rotationally operated by a second cylinder (25); and a cleaning part (30) equipped with a cutting body (31) in which a plurality of cutting blades (32) are foldably assembled, wherein the cutting body (31) is rotationally assembled at the front of the second arm, and a rotational motor (39) rotationally driving a rotational axis connected to the cutting body (31), wherein the cleaning part removes the adhesion carbon adhered to the curved part (3). |
