摘要 The invention concerns a device for rebalancing fluid molecules in circulation, characterised in that it comprises at least first magnetic means consisting of a magnetic field emitter (1) arranged pressed on the wall of a pipe system (5) made of non-magnetic material which passes therethrough; the magnetic field emitter (1) is equipped with a magnetic circuit (2) adapted to direct the magnetic flow so that its external spectrum is such that its magnetic lines of force cover the whole section of the fluid flow in the pipe (5) over an appropriate length, and said field is designed to act on the orientation of the spin of the electrons of the atoms forming the molecules of the liquid or gaseous fluid circulating in the pipe (5). Said device further comprises at least second so-called informed means, adapted to co-operate with the first magnetic field emitting means, said informed means comprising particles or crystals capable of storing information which have been transmitted thereto so as to permanently transmit its own signals. The magnetic field emitter (1) consists of a permanent magnet, preferably parallelepiped in shape, set between the two (10, 11) of the magnetic circuit made of bent ferrous metal plate with low carbon content; the spacing between the fins (10, 11) is wider than the corresponding dimension of the magnet so as to generate two longitudinal air gap zones (12, 13) located on either side of the magnet; the height of each of the fins (10, 11) of the U shape is less than the corresponding height of said magnet, so as to promote the generation of a shape adapted to the magnetic spectrum external part.
