A pressure seal mailer type business form is made from an intermediate substantially twelve inches long, and capable of being constructed with either V-fold, C-fold or Z-fold configurations. The intermediates may be fed from a stack to a conventional laser printer. The provision of the twelve inch length allows for numerous advantages while still meeting USPS guidelines.
