DEVICE FOR MEASURING SECTIONAL SHAPE OF ROLLED MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A sectional shape measurer of a rolled material is provided to increase the rolling efficiency by preventing a stop of continuous rolling processes. CONSTITUTION: A sectional shape measurer comprises a transferring bar(12) installed a transferring roller(R); an imaging device of surface shape(14) to image a rolled material(3) to be passed through working rolls(1a,2a); a reading device(16) to read the image of the surface shape; a control device to form and to store a sectional shape of the rolled material by collecting inputted data; and a display device to display the sectional shape on a screen. Thereby, a continuous rolling is performed without rolling defects.
