MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT OF NEUTRALIZING AGENT

PURPOSE: A manufacturing equipment of a neutralizing agent is provided, which can correctly control the amount of a defoamer and water which are used for the manufacture of a neutralizing agent, so that the system can produce the neutralizing agent in a proper concentration and also can prevent any plugging at the ends of the lines when feeding of the defoamer is cut off by agitating the defoamer. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a defoamer storage tank (10) for storing an alkaline defoamer; (ii) an agitation tank (12) for agitating the defoamer with water to produce a neutralizing agent; (iii) a transfer screw (14) for transferring the defoamer from the defoamer storage tank (10) to the agitation tank (12); (iv) a water supplying pipe (48) for supplying water to the agitation tank (12); (v) a level gauge (70) for detecting water level in the agitation tank (12); (vi) agitation wings (38) for agitating water and defoamer in the agitation tank (12); and (vii) a transfer pump (58) for transferring neutralizing agent to a neutralization tank.
