PURPOSE: Provided are a system and a method for managing a wireless receiving electric sign, which can change the display information freely by using a wireless network instead of wire equipment. CONSTITUTION: The managing system comprises: a terminal device(1) for inputting and processing the data which is output to the electric sign; a home page sever(2) for receiving the data through the Internet network; a data treating server(3) for treating the data received from the home page server(2); a short sentence message server center(4) for treating the data into the short sentence message; a switchboard(5) for receiving the short sentence message; a base station(6) for receiving the data from the switchboard(5); a wireless terminal(7) for receiving the data from the base station(6) and storing the received data in a first memory; the electric sign(8) for outputting the data, received from the wireless terminal(7), according to the ideas of users.
