PURPOSE: A method for loading a program and data to restart processors of a mobile communication exchange is provided to use a multi loading method which sub processors can simultaneously load the program and the data from a main processor. CONSTITUTION: If a main processor starts loading for a data transmission requested by sub processors(S1), a system accesses a memory storing the data for transmitting the data to the sub processors by one time access(S2). The system checks whether an error exists in the access of the memory(S3). If not, the system draws up a message as a data format of an IPC(Interprocess Communication) form(S4). The system inserts a representative address of the sub processors into the message, and transmits the message to the corresponding address(S5). The sub processors simultaneously receive the message, and load programs and the data(S6).
