This present invention relates to the field of biology. In particular, it relates to polyepitopic vaccines and methods of designing such vaccines to provide increased immunogenicity. In certain embodiments, the polyepitopic vaccines is encoded by a minigene that provides optimized immunogenicity of the construct.
