PURPOSE: A blower resister is provided to be capable of controlling the speed of the blower using a constant-temperature coefficient device and a resistance plate without interfering the blowing amount of the blower as well as of removing noise and error operation by preventing the penetration of foreign substances. CONSTITUTION: A base plate(2) having a PCB(3) and terminals(4) is mounted in a housing(1), and upper/lower radiating plates(5,9) and a mica plate(8) between the radiating plates(5,9) are installed on the base plate(2). A constant-temperature coefficient device(6) and a resistance plate(7) are inserted between the upper/lower radiating plates(5,9) so that the speed of the blower can be controlled in accordance with the relative components contact position between them(6,7). Preferably, the constant-temperature coefficient device(6) and a resistance plate(7) are installed at flat status.
