PURPOSE: Weather strip install structure of a door for a vehicle is provided to remove a gap formed on an install unit of a door trim mounting an inside belt weather strip, and to improves appearance and quality of the door trim. CONSTITUTION: Structure for installing a weather strip comprises a door trim(2) mounted on inside of a front door; an upper door cover(4) installed on a side face of the door trim; a first inside belt weather strip(6) vertically installed on a side face of the door cover; a second inside belt weather strip(8) combined to the first inside belt weather strip with heat melting bond; and an outside belt weather strip(12) attached to an outer face of a door glass(10) corresponding to the second inside belt weather strip. An upper side of the door trim is protruded with a specific angle to easily match to a side face of a clash pad. A side portion of the second inside weather strip is protruded and attached to an inner face of the door glass. Thus, the first and second inside belt weather strips are connected with heat melting bond to improve appearance and quality of the door trim by removing a gap in the side face of the door trim.
