PURPOSE: An enzyme electrode sensor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve selectivity by restraining interference of organic obstacle material. CONSTITUTION: An enzyme electrode sensor includes an electrode(11), a non-conductive high molecule film(12) formed at the outside of the electrode, electrochemically polymerized, and in which enzyme is fixed, a non-conductive high molecule film(13) electrochemically polymerized, in which enzyme is not fixed, and formed at the outside of the non-conductive high molecule film in which enzyme is fixed, and an external film(14) formed at the outside of the non-conductive high molecule film in which enzyme is not fixed.
