PURPOSE: A caching system for transferring simple network management information on a multi network management platform and a method thereof are provided to transfer information to a management information administrator more rapidly and effectively by transferring and managing the management information by means of a cache administrator. CONSTITUTION: Caches(204-1, 204-2,...,204-n) are installed in a management server(209). If a notice of changing information is generated from the caches(204-1, 204-2,...,204-n), an information updating device(205) changes contents of the caches(204-1, 204-2,...,204-n) according to the notice of changing information from the caches(204-1, 204-2,...,204-n). A cache management device(206) controls the caches(204-1, 204-2,...,204-n), and informs the information updating device(205) that the notice of changing information has been received.
