ACRYLONITRILE-BUTADIENE-STYRENE COPOLYMER RESIN COMPOSITION HAVING EXCELLENT HEAT-STABILITY

PURPOSE: An acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin composition is provided which has improved heat-stability at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: The acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin composition contains: (A) 25-100 part by weight of a gummy graft copolymer which is prepared by grafting 10-50 part by weight of acrylonitrile and 50-90 part by weight of styrene in the presence of 10-60 part by weight of polybutadiene latex; (B) 0-75 part by weight of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer; and (C) 0.1-1.0 part by weight of tetrakis(methylene-3-(3,5-di-tertiary-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate)methane based on 100 part by weight of the (A)+(B). The copolymer constituting the acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin composition is obtained by reacting a vinyl cyanide compound with an aromatic vinyl compound, wherein the vinyl cyanide compound is acrylonitrile or methacrylonitrile and the aromatic vinyl compound can be styrene, alpha-methylstyrene or a mixture of thereof.
