PURPOSE: A method for synchronizing data between a portable phone and a computer is provided to synchronize a schedule data between a portable phone and a personal computer through a radio network. CONSTITUTION: Upon requesting synchronization of schedule data in a portable phone, the portable phone transmits head information of the schedule data to a computer through an OTAF(Over The Air Function). The computer receives the data transmitted from the portable phone and compares the head data of the portable phone and the head data of the computer. In accordance with comparison result, the computer transmits the one's newest data and the head data in the newest data of the portable phone to the portable phone through the OTAF. The portable phone stores the latest data of the computer to a memory and transmits the one's newest data to the computer through OTAF. Then, the computer stores the latest data of the portable phone to the one's memory.
