PURPOSE: Provided is a disposable diaper including a perforated film placed between a liquid permeable top sheet and an absorption body, which helps urine to spread well in the absorption body and prevents the urine from being run out from the absorption body. CONSTITUTION: The diaper comprises a liquid permeable top sheet, a liquid impermeable rear sheet, an absorption body(5), fasteners(15,16) and a perforated film(21) fixed between the top sheet and the absorption body to be placed at the central part of the absorption body. The perforated film has variously shaped holes of 1-20mm size, wherein the holes are symmetrically formed over 10-40% of the whole area of the film.
