PURPOSE: A pull handle fixing structure of a vehicle tail gate is provided to improve the assembling efficiency of a door by screw-coupling a pull handle to a mounting part integrally formed in an armrest and coupling the armrest to an inner panel of the door, and reduce the introduction of noise and moisture into a vehicle room by not perforating a hole in a trim seal attached to the inner panel. CONSTITUTION: A pull handle fixing structure of a vehicle tail gate includes a hole(1) corresponding to a screw hole(54) of the pull handle(51) for closely contacting a bottom surface of the pull handle when the pull handle is inserted in an armrest(50), and a mounting part(2) integrally extended from the armrest and mounted with the pull handle by a screw(55), wherein a mounting clip is coupled on an outer periphery of the mounting part by fitting elements and formed with a fixing hole to be coupled with the corresponding hole when fixing the pull handle with the screw, and the fitting element are to be a plurality of wedge type holding grooves(5) formed in the mounting part, and a plurality of holding protrusions(6) formed in the mounting clip to be held in the holding grooves when the mounting clip is precisely coupled in the mounting part.
