PURPOSE: The titled scale removing apparatus capable of effectively removing foreign materials from pipes of facilities within a short time by rotating a flexible shaft by an electric motor during removing foreign materials from a stave is provided, which prevents clogging of a cooling water pipe. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for removing foreign materials in a cooling water line of a stave installed inside a blast furnace, this apparatus comprises a flexible shaft for spraying high pressure air to the outside; a drill installed at the front end of a flexible shaft to be rotated; an electric motor for rotating the flexible shaft; a plurality of bearings disposed outside the flexible shaft; and an outer flexible shaft disposed to be freely rotated at the outside of the flexible shaft.
