PURPOSE: Provided is a novel Pseudomonas aeruginosa 25 (KTCT 0710BP). And Pseudomonas aeruginosa 25R (KCTC 0709BP) originated therefrom is also provided. They enhance the growth of tomato at seedling stage, increase the production yield and has antagonism against plant pathogenic bacteria in particular, Pseudomonas corrugata, as rhizoshere microorganism. CONSTITUTION: A Pseudomonas aeruginosa 25 (KTCT 0710BP) is isolated by selecting strains expressing antagonism against Pseudomonas corrugata from root of tomato, and separating bacteria which can enhance the growth of tomato. Pseudomonas aeruginosa 25R (KCTC 0709BP) is a mutant strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa 25, which shows resistance to rifampicin 200 ppm.
