PURPOSE: A series-parallel data transmission device of a mobile phone terminal is provided to perform a series-parallel data communication with an exterior device through one car-kit connector, to individually output an input series-parallel data to a series communication port and a parallel communication port by a multiplexer. CONSTITUTION: A series-parallel data transmission device of a mobile phone terminal comprises a multiplexer(21) and PLD(23). The multiplexer(21) is installed between a car-kit connector(20) and serial communication components and outputs an input series-parallel data to a series communication port and a parallel communication port individually. If a PLD control signal and the data are inputted from an exterior device to write the data to a flash memory(24) through the parallel communication port of the multiplexer(21), the PLD(23) outputs a memory control signal to select the flash memory(24) and writes the input data to the memory(24). If a PLD control signal is input from an exterior device to read the data through the parallel communication port of the multiplexer(21), the PLD(23) outputs the memory control signal to select the flash memory(24) and transmits the data read from the flash memory(24) to the exterior device through the parallel communication port of the multiplexer(21).
