PURPOSE: Side protrusion structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent impact energy of a closed section from letting in inside of the vehicle by rotation deforming a side protrusion through absorbing and dispersing the impact energy. CONSTITUTION: An outer panel(11) is connected to an inner panel(12) with a specific interval. A floor panel(20) forming a floor of a vehicle is attached to an outer face of the inner panel. A seat bracket(30) is melt-bonded with an upper face of the inner panel to divide the inner panel with an upper inner panel(12a) and a lower inner panel(12b). A side end portion of the floor panel is attached to an upper end of the lower inner panel, and an upper end of the seat bracket is adhered to a lower end of the upper inner panel as a closed end section. Thus, the floor panel and the seat bracket is attached to the inner and outer panels, the upper and lower inner panels to absorb impact energy in the closed section in a side-on collusion. Thereby, the impact energy is not let in the inside of the vehicle to improve safety by rotation-deforming a side sill(10).
