PURPOSE: A recliner system of a vehicle seat is provided to minimize impact against a passenger, and to prevent a neck from being injured at a rear-end collision. CONSTITUTION: A recliner body(10) is attached to a backrest of a seat, and combined with a recliner bracket(11) through a hinge member(21). An outer side plate(13) and an inner side plate(15) are faced to each other, and fixed in a seat cushion with combining through a seat base(14) in the lower part. The recliner body, the recliner bracket, a folding bracket(16) and two link arms are arranged between the outer side plate and the inner side plate. The backrest of the seat including the folding bracket is folded forward in releasing a latch(22) locking the lower part of the folding bracket. A latch spring(23) applies restoring force to the folding bracket.
