PURPOSE: A producing method for a heat exchanger is provided to prevent solution waste in a dipping method, to prevent the solution from powdering after a brazing process and to reduce the number of processes. CONSTITUTION: First, a tube material and a radiating fin material are dipped in solution(5) mixed with flux, aluminum powder and resin. The materials are dried and cut in proper size and molded in a tube(3) and a radiating fin(4). Then, the tube and the radiating fin are assembled into header pipes(1,2) of a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is inputted to a brazing furnace to be brazed in a proper temperature. Finally, each component of the heat exchanger is tightly assembled after the brazing process.
