PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrator for a variable vibrating table in which the vibrating table is vibrated only vertically by using four vibrating shafts provided with an eccentric weight. SOLUTION: A couple of the synchronously rotating vibrating shafts 1 each provided with an equivalent eccentric weight 4 and tow vibrated shafts 8 each furnished with an eccentric weight 9 the phase of which is shiftable from that of the weight 4, parallel to the vibrating shafts are disposed in a vibrating table to form a four-shaft structure. A timing belt 12 mounted on a toothed pulley 18 at the end of the vibrated shaft is laid over a toothed pulley 18 at the end of the vibrating shaft 18 through toothed tension pulleys 17 and 17' at the upper and lower ends of an oscillation supporting arm 16 to form a symmetrical reverse transmitting mechanism 10. The left and right opposed oscillation supporting arms 16 are linked with a linking mechanism 19 controlled by a single cylinder 20, and the vertical amplitude of the vibrating table is changed from maximum to minimum by the phase shift of both eccentric weights from both equivalent eccentric weights. |
