PURPOSE: A method for distributing spacers for a liquid crystal display device is provided to uniformly distribute the spacers by forming a constant electric filed on a surface of a transparent substrate. CONSTITUTION: A transparent substrate(105) is installed in a distributing chamber(101) in parallel to a bottom of the distributing chamber(101). In order to form an electric field on the transparent substrate(105), a power source(108) is formed for supplying a voltage to a thin film transistor. At this time, the current is applied to a gate wiring and a data wiring formed on the transparent substrate(105) so that the current is applied to a pixel electrode. As a result, an electric filed having an opposite pole to a spacer(106) is formed from a surface of the pixel to a predetermined distance. |
