摘要 PURPOSE: A method for controlling a charging facility for the long term preservation of the charging facility of a blast furnace is provided to maximize working efficiency by more effectively carrying out the maintenance management of a fuel and raw material charging facility, a furnace top facility of a blast furnace which does not produce hot metal due to the long term stoppage, and minimize the facility maintenance management and waste of man power by performing automatic operation just as the real operation. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a first step of opening a hopper raw material gate (24) of the selected ore according to the signal generated by an ore charging schedule (23), and generating the ore location from an ore location generator (25) showing the location by the opening signal of the hopper raw material gate (24) in the top of the blast furnace of a long term preservation facility; second step of arbitrarily detecting the level of the blast furnace with a level detector (28) measuring the ore location inside the blast furnace; a third step of selecting a charging mode so that charging is possible, and automatic operation and selective charging can be accomplished even in the state that there are not any fuel or raw materials; and a fourth step of outputting the output signals after inputting signals inputted in the above steps into an operation part (20), and processing the inputted signals.
