摘要 PURPOSE: A magnetostatic wave device for processing RF signals is provided to be suitable to shield energy transfer in frequency band outside the pass band by reducing the ripple within a transfer frequency band and the energy emission in non-magnetizing period. CONSTITUTION: I/O electrodes including energy conversion patterns(26b,27b) are formed on a dielectric substrate(21). A multi-layered magnetic structure(22) is formed on the dielectric substrate(21), and consists of magnetic active substrates laminated on both sides a magnetic passive substrate. An upper shield layer(28) is formed of conductor for preventing the coupling of the I/O electrodes. A lower shield layer(29) is formed by forming holes on the dielectric substrate(21) in the same direction as the lengthwise of the upper shield layer. Magnetostatic wave terminators are inserted into the dielectric substrate(21) to be positioned on both ends of the multi-layered magnetic structure(22). A magnetostatic wave reflector is formed of lines having variable width on the dielectric substrate(21).
