PURPOSE: An injection blow molding method for a plastic product and an injection blow molding device thereof are provided to easily inject materials into a Parison mold and release a Parison product from the mold, to readily inject air into a blow mold, to regularly adjust the thickness and the density of an injection blow molding product by regularly tempering the Parison product with air and to adjust the producing speed of the plastic product with a low cost. CONSTITUTION: An injection blow molding device of a plastic product contains a Parison mold(10) assembled with a fixing attachable plate(11) in an upper portion, a moving attachable plate(12) in a lower portion, a core mold(13) between both attachable plates, a striper mold(14) and a cavity mold(15); an internal and an external disc(32,31) having a shaft(33) in the center; a heating furnace(30) consisting of a heater(36), a heater control box and a blower; and a blow mold(40) assembled with a cap(41) having an air injecting port(45), a chucking ring(42) separable from the cap, a fixing blow mold(43) and a movable blow mold(44). In the Parison mold, plastic resin is injected into the mold to be a Parison product and the product is released from the mold. The blow mold blows the preheated Parison product inside.
