HINGE TYPE FAST WET WELDING TORCH

PURPOSE: A fast wet welding torch is provided to improve the welding productivity, to reduce vibration and noise and to lengthen a life. CONSTITUTION: A shield gas supplying nozzle(5) is formed under a torch body(18). A power cable connecting portion(11) is formed on the torch body. A welding wire combining portion(10) having a welding nozzle(4) is installed under the welding torch. A motor(1) is installed in the combining portion(10). A crankshaft(13) is installed in a rotating shaft of the motor(1). A hinge(17) is connected with the crankshaft(13). The hinge(17) is connected with a universal joint(14). The welding nozzle(4) is vibrated in the opposite direction to the hinge(17). The welding nozzle(4) and the combining portion(10) are connected through a flexible cable(8). A welding tip(2) is formed under the welding nozzle(4). A nozzle cap(3) shields the welding tip(2).
