PURPOSE: A method for tuning transmission of a construction heavy equipment is provided to always display the best capacity of the construction heavy equipment by automatically changing parameters for controlling transmission to the optimum parameters. CONSTITUTION: A method for tuning transmission of a construction heavy equipment includes the steps of detecting abrasion state of a clutch disk by operating a transmission valve by controlling a transmission valve device(S210), calculating parameter from the detected abrasion amount and comparing the calculated parameter with a preliminarily set parameter(S220), calculating the optimum parameter for displaying initial capacity of the current clutch disk(S230), and changing the preliminarily set parameter stored in a transmission control device to the calculated parameter(S240).
