PURPOSE: A wheel cap is easy to be mounted on a tire wheel. CONSTITUTION: A wheel cap is elastically connected with a rim of a tire wheel and comprises multiple protrusive flaps(3), a tensile spring(4), a wheel cap mounting line(5) and a wheel cap mounting line drawing door(2). The protrusive flaps(3) equipped with a flange prevents the wheel cap from being detached from the rim. The tensile spring(4) envelops the outer periphery of the protrusive flaps(3). The wheel cap mounting line(5) is engaged with the tensile spring(4). The wheel cap mounting line drawing door(2) makes the wheel cap mounting line(5) attached therein and draws the line(5) from outside.
