SEDIMENT REMOVAL SYSTEM FOR LAKE, RESERVOIR, DAM AND RIVER

PURPOSE: A sediment removal system is provided to achieve water quality improvement by reliably removing sediment without causing diffusion of sludge during sediment removal. CONSTITUTION: A sediment removal system(10) comprises a closed case(11) having a hollow interior and an open bottom surface; an operation frame having a plurality of pressure water inlet/outlet ports and a guide plate for cutting-off outer peripheries of pressure water inlet/outlet ports so as to guide the floating sludge, wherein the operation frame is installed to be movable in a vertical direction within the closed case; a pressure water supply and turbid water suction pipe communicated with pressure water inlet/outlet ports of the operation frame through a pipe assembly hole of the closed case, and which supplies pressure water to pressure water inlet/outlet ports or sucks turbid water; a sediment removing unit(10) having a suction pipe for sucking the sludge floating at the water surface in the closed case; a crane(55) installed in a barge(31) so as to lift the sediment removing unit; a water collecting reservoir(51) installed onto the barge and which temporarily stores the turbid water pumped by the sediment removing unit; a dehydrator(52) connected to the water collecting reservoir and installed onto the barge so as to dehydrate sediment and floating contamination substances in the water collecting reservoir; a liquid reservoir(53) communicated with the dehydrator and installed onto the barge so as to supply, to a treatment tank, the residual liquid of desorption discharged from the dehydrator; and a sludge storage reservoir(54) installed onto the barge and which stores sludge discharged from the dehydrator.
