PURPOSE: Device and method for automatic control and dehumidification of a damper door is provided to reduce difference between indoor temperature and setting temperature, and to remove moisture and to keep comfortable indoor temperature. CONSTITUTION: An indoor temperature controller of a vehicle comprises an indoor temperature establishing unit(1) controlled by a user; a heater control unit(2) outputting a specific control signal corresponding to the established temperature of the indoor temperature establishing unit; a blower unit(3) controlling air letting in the indoor according to the output signal of the heater control unit; a mode select unit(4) selecting warm wind or cold wind by control of the heater control unit; a damper door control unit(6) mounted on outside of the heater control unit; a relay supplying power voltage into a heater(9) by being driven through actuation of an air conditioner switch; a dehumidifying unit(7) forming the relay by being installed in the heater control unit; and a microswitch(8) parallely mounted with the airconditioner switch on outside of the heater control unit. Thereby, device for automatic control and dehumidification of a damper door reduces and controls moisture, and diminishes difference between the indoor temperature and the setting temperature to keep refreshing indoor state.
