MAGNETIC RECORDING HEAD TO MINIMIZE OUTPUT ENCROACHMENT OF SIDE TRACK

PURPOSE: A magnetic recording head to minimize recess distance of a yoke formed on the tip and then maximizing the width. CONSTITUTION: A first shield layer(101) and a second shield layer(103) are formed in an optical recording head. A first insulating layer(110) is formed on the second shield layer(103). A tip(107) is formed at the end part on the first insulating layer(110) on the second shield layer(103). A first coil(111) is formed on the first insulating layer(110). A second insulating layer(113) is formed on the first coil(111) and the first insulating layer(110). A second coil(115) is formed on the second insulating layer(113). A third insulating layer(117) is formed on the second insulating layer(113) and the second coil(115). A yoke(105) is made a recess backward of the tip(107) and it width is formed to be larger than the tip(107) on the tip(107) and the third insulating layer(117).
