FERRITE CORE OF FLY BACK TRANSFORMER

PURPOSE: A ferrite core of a fly back transformer is provided to easily discharge a high heat and prevent a leakage magnetic flux from being leaked to the outside of a ferrite core by forming a gap of a semicircular groove. CONSTITUTION: An FBT has high and low tension bobbins thereinside. A ferrite core(3) is divided into an upper part and a lower part and formed on a side of a case of the FBT. An elastic U-clip is coupled with one side of the ferrite core(3). An FBT ferrite core fixedly supports the ferrite core(3). An end of the ferrite core(3) is inserted into an inside of the low tension bobbin of the FBT. Grooves(5) are formed on contact surfaces of the upper side core(3a) and a lower side core(3b) of the ferrite core(3). A gap(6) is formed between the upper ferrite core(3a) and the lower ferrite core(3b). The grooves formed on the contact surfaces of the upper side and lower side cores(3a,3b) of the ferrite core(3) are semicircular shaped. An electromagnetic wave interference is minimized with the aid of the semicircular shaped grooves.
