PURPOSE: Provided are banner display bars for fixing one part of the banner and winding the other part of the banner by using a winding bar, which can display the banner strongly and tightly and detach easily. CONSTITUTION: The banner display bars comprise: a fixing part comprising a fixed bar(1) and an auxiliary bar(2) having irregularities on the surface thereof, which are located at a regular interval, wherein the lower ends of the bars(1, 2) are fixed on a fixing bracket(3) and the upper ends of the bars(1, 2) are fixed through a coupling piece(5) having a fixed pin(4); a winding part comprising a conneting pole(7) of which the lower part is fixed on a fixing plate(6), a rotation bar(8), and a rotation support bar(9) fixed to the rotation bar(8) by a chock, wherein the lower parts of the rotation bar(8) and the rotation support bar(9) are fixed on a rotary plate(10) mounted rotatively on the fixing plate(6), the upper parts of the conneting pole(7) and the rotation bar(8) are fixed on a contact breaker.
