摘要 PURPOSE: A scan signal alignment device in a scanner with a linear image detector element is provided to process signal effectively by converting non-aligned input scanning signal to aligned scan signal in real time and storing the aligned scan signal in a first and second memories. CONSTITUTION: A scan signal input unit(100) receives an analog scan signal from an external linear image detector elements and a scan control signal for the analog scan signal, digitizes the analog scan signal and generates an addressing control signal and first and second selection signals. A switch(104) receives the digital scan signal and makes the digital scan signal output to a first or second terminal responding to the first selection signal. A first line memory(106) stores the digital scan signal from the first terminal after aligning it or reads a stored digital scan signal responding to a first memory control signal. A second line memory(108) stores the digital scan signal from the second terminal after aligning it or reads a stored digital scan signal responding to a second memory control signal. A selector(110) selects a digital scan signal from the first line memory(106) or the second line memory(108) responding to the second selection signal. A frame memory(120) stores the output data from the selector(110) by the frame. A memory controller(102) generates the first and second memory control signals so that the digital scan signal can be aligned and stored in the first and second line memories(106,108) responding to the addressing control signal.
