ROLLER TYPE TOOL PORT DEVICE OF TOOL MAGAZINE

PURPOSE: A roller type tool port device in a tool magazine is provided to connect tool plates without an additional chain, to prevent the tool plates from being shaken for reliably holding a tool, to be rapidly repaired in simple connecting structure and to prevent impurities generation by rolling on a guide rail. CONSTITUTION: A roller type tool port device holds many tools(28) while driven or guided by at least two sprockets. The roller type tool port device contains plural tool plate(11) with a tool holding groove(12) and a pin combining hole; a shaft pin(14) connecting the pin combining holes of the tool plates; a pair of roller bearings(16) combined to both ends of the shaft pin; and a guide rail(19) guiding the roller bearing. Both tool plates are fixed each other through an interval adjusting rod. An auxiliary roller is rotatively installed in the shaft pin and combined with the guide rail to stably guide the tool plates.
