PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray beam regulator that can easily regulate the bending curvature of a crystal plate without injuring it and can also be manufactured inexpensively. SOLUTION: This X-ray beam regulator bends a triangular crystal plate 1 cylindrically by rotating an edge part 1a of it around an axis line XO with a rotation device 2 in a condition where a vertex part 1b of the crystal plate 1 is received by a cylinder 3. Since the regulator has a structure that allows the edge part 1a of the crystal plate 1 to rotate, the crystal plate 1 can be bent without changing the incidence angle of X rays RO that are incident on a part E where an X rays enter.
