APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SKEW OF TRANSFER CAR FOR SINTERING MACHINE

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling the skew of a transfer car for a sintering machine are provided to restrain the generation of the skew by detecting during the operation in advance whether the transfer car of the sintering machine is skewed or not, and maintaining the balance by controlling the temperatures of the left and right sides of the transfer car of the sintering machine during the generation of skew. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a temperature detector detecting the surrounding temperatures of the left and right sides of the transfer car (101) of the sintering machine within the section of high temperature sintering and reaction; skew detecting sensors (202a,202b) installed at the left and right sides of the transfer car of the sintering machine; wind blocking films (203a,203b) each of which are formed at the left and right sides of the side wall of the transfer car in the section of high temperature sintering and reaction so as to block emission of hot air of the side wall of the transfer car and inflow of the external air; driving motors (206a,206b) equipped with a shaft coupled to the one end of the wind blocking film so as to rotate the shaft in a certain direction, thereby selectively ascending or descending the wind blocking films; hot air intake pipes (204a,204b) formed in a certain length in the transfer car proceeding direction so that the hot air generated from the side wall of the transfer car in the section of high temperature sintering and reaction is sucked; and heat air intake fans (205a,205b) constructed so that the heat air of the side wall of the transfer car is sucked through the hot air intake pipe, and the sucked hot air is exhausted to the side which is reverse to the transfer car proceeding direction.
