METHOD FOR MAKING WARP KNITTING BEAM COMPRISING STAPLE SPUN YARN, AND FEED SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To provide a method for making a warp knitting beam comprising staple spun yarns and excellent in quality and production efficiency, and to provide a feed system for the beam. CONSTITUTION: This method comprises the following process: a specified number of staple spun yarns wound on a warping beam 5 is wound, while being sized, on a prebeam 3, and in respect to the resultant spun yarns, staple spun yarns sized by the difference between the needed number and specified number are increased/decreased and the prebeam 3 is rewound to effect winding on the warp knitting beam 4. The feed system for the above warp knitting beam is also provided.
