PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a servo motor rotor and the rotor are provided to attach each core on a surface without any adhesive, conveniently separate or assemble a bonded magnet, and prolong a life of the core. CONSTITUTION: An integral core(10) is formed in a mold and includes a through hole(14) and an insert space part(12). Under a state that a connection pin is inserted into the through hole(14) of each core(10), welding process is performed along an outside surface of the core and a laminating process is proceeded with. The insert space part(12) of the core has a latch jaw(12a) on an outside surface thereof and a V-shaped seating groove on an inside surface thereof. The latch jaw(12a) of the insert space part(12) serves to prevent a bonded magnet from being burst out in a circumferential direction when a rotor is rotated. A welding machine is used when the outside surface of the core(10) is welded. A plasma welder or a TIG welder is used as the welding machine.
