PURPOSE: A stator guider is provided to reduce a number of components, improve manufacturing process, and reduce manufacturing cost by simplifying a structure of a stator guider. CONSTITUTION: A stator guider is shaped like a ring. The stator guider has a predetermined thickness which is similar to a thickness of a stator core in a longitudinal direction. Three bolt seating parts have a phase difference of 120° and are extended from an upper surface of the stator guider toward a lower surface of the stator guider. Two slots are formed on a slot part with a phase difference of 180°. On a middle portion of the slop part, a plurality of slots are formed. The plurality of slots have an interval of 10° therebetween. When the stator guider(1b) is installed on an upper surface of a jig, a bolt is inserted into a bolt seating part(14b) of the stator guider(1b) so as to be fixed to the jig. When a stator is installed such that a slot position of the stator guider(1b) is facing a position of the stator slot, the coil is inserted into the stator slot on a lower side of the stator to be wound.
