DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING PARTICLE SIZE OF SINTERING ORE

PURPOSE: A particle size controller of a sintering ore is provided to reduce a fraction and to improve the falling intensity by preventing shock and a crack of sintering ore structure. CONSTITUTION: A particle size controller contains a neck control portion(10) to control a neck size by crossing a screen slot(11a) and a long hole(16a) and a crushing portion(30) to control an interval of crusher blades(33). The neck control portion(10) contains a first cylinder(13) having plural arms in a reciprocating shaft(13a) on a screen body. The arm is installed in a lower rail of a screen plate(11) and connected with a control plate(16). The crushing portion(30) contains a rotator(32) to be rotated by a rotating motor(31) and installed plural crusher blades(33). Plural bars(34) to be arranged between the crusher blades(33) are installed between an upper fixing cover and a lower moving cover. The lower moving cover is connected with a second cylinder(38).
